I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional service from Derek and Glassing Florist. My aunt recently passed away, and I needed to send flowers for her service the next day. Ordering late at night from California, I accidentally sent the flowers to the wrong address in the wrong city—and even the wrong state! I thought it was a lost cause, but Derek truly went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out.
Derek caught my mistake, corrected it, and still managed to deliver the flowers to the right church in time for the service. Somehow, he made this happen outside of regular business hours, which really shows his dedication and commitment. I’m honestly blown away that this level of care and competence still exists today.
