I had an amazing experience at GC by Giorgio, Charles Salon, thanks to Alex, the incredibly talented hairdresser. I came in with critically damaged hair—truly a level 10 emergency—and no idea what to do. I told Alex everything, hoping for a miracle, and he delivered!
